How do you measure your clothes?
We measure according to the way stated in our measurement chart.

Please take note that measurement vary from site to site for preorder

Do you do meet up?
We do not do meet up. All parcels are delivered by Sing Post. For buyers’ convenience, we deliver item to your doorstep within certain area for 5 items and above. Flat charge of SGD$4.00 will be charge.

Can I get a refund if the item is not to my liking?
All preorder items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.

Can I exchange for something else?
For preorder items, no exchange is allowed.

What is the difference between register and normal post?
Normal mail will be send to buyer’s mailbox and in case item is lost, it cannot be found and we will not be held responsible.

Register mail will be send to buyers’ doorstep and in case buyer is not at home, you may arrange for them to deliver it to you other days or pick up your item at your nearest post office

I did not receive an email after 2 working days, why is that so?
In case you did not receive a payment email from us after 2 workings day please send us an email to zlynnshop@hotmail.com

I want to change my order, is it possible?
To change your order, kindly email us @ zlynnshop@hotmail.com
Please note that order will only be allowed to change once

I want to cancel my order
No cancellation will be allowed.

I’ve made the payment, when can I get my items?
Orders will be sent to supplier once capping is hit. Status of spree will be updated so kindly check back.

What if my item is out of stock?
Full refund will be made.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Upon end of spree it will take around 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on situation and the shop we are associating with.
