General
We are not responsible for any mistake made by supplier/shop/website
Double check your order before it is sent, your mistake will not be our responsibility
There will be no exchange or refund if you are unhappy with the item you order
All updates are done on PREORDER page and via email
I am not responsible for any loss of mail through normal postage
Refund for OOS item will only be done after all items are dispatched to spree participants
I will not be responsible for any lost of item/mail due to handling postage company/dishonesty of person handling package

Payment
Payment method are as follow:
Internet Banking
Bank Transfer (DBS/POSB)
Cash Deposit (UOB)
All payment are to be asap upon order
No payment = no order
If you pay after the capping is reached you will have to wait for next spree

Postage
All items are sent through Sing Post.
We recommend register post as it is safer
We will not be responsible for loss of item by normal post
We do not meet up for collection nor hold mass meet up collection
For buyer’s convenience, we also deliver items to your doorstep personally at a flat charge of SGD$4.00 for 5 items and above
Postage price will be advise after item reach Singapore

Cancellation of items
Cancellation of item is not allowed.
Change of item is not allowed.

Personal information
All personal information will be kept confidential.

Exchange & Refund
No Exchange or Refund for preorder items.
We do not bear responsibilities for mistake made by supplier
Full refund will however be returned in case of mistake

Color and measurement
Color may differ slightly due to monitor resolution so buyer must be able to accept the slight differences in actual item and on the screen. Allow a slight 3cm differences on measurement due to the different way of measuring

Pricing
All prices are nett in Singapore dollar, SGD

Duration
Items will take 2 weeks to 6 weeks.
